About the job: Junior Level QA Software Tester Job
Akkodis is seeking a Junior Level QA Software Tester for a long-term W2 contract position with a client in Louisville, Kentucky. This contract position is renewed annually, as well as offers PTO and paid holidays. This is an on-site position in Louisville, Kentucky, USA.
**No Corp-2-Corp, No C2C, and No C2H***
Pay/Salary Range: $24.00 to $28.00 per hour on W2
Job Responsibilities:

Perform Software and Product quality verification and validation

Document defects in the defect reporting system

Create manual tests and test plans from available tech documentation
Qualifications:
-
Minimum of A.S. Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering

2 years of Software Development and testing or equivalent education
-
Strong understanding of software Development processes
-
Ability to read, understand, and create technical documents: specs, requirements, test plans
-
Experience executing tests focused on hardware in the loop (HIL)

Experience with App development software
-
Experience or basic knowledge of LabVIEW
